On this podcast, our special guest is Jeff Williamson, a university leader, executive coach, professor, trainer, entrepreneur, and Friendraiser. He currently serves as Executive Director of Corporate Engagement at Olivet Nazarene University and started his own company, CMG Group, in 2017 providing executive coaching, strengths training, and professional development services to industry and non-profits.

Jeff has trained and taught leaders for over 25 years across hundreds of organizations and universities on topics like communication, managing change, community engagement, and discovering your strengths. His research and training in strengths was a pioneering study in 2000 and 2001 partnering with the Gallup Organization. As an executive coach, he has worked with high-level leaders in banking, fitness, higher education, and not-for-profit organizations.
